Outside: A lawned area and patio with table and chairs at the front of the house and a patio terrace with table and chairs and large lawn at the rear, parking for up to 2 cars
Dogs permitted?: Yes, but one small/medium dog by prior arrangement only please. Please note that to maintain our high standards of cleanliness for all our guests, a small additional charge will be made for extra cleaning for any booking with a dog.

ACCESSIBILITY:
From the outside parking area, there is one small step onto the outside pathway and then one step up and over the doorway into the house.
From here, the house is all on one level.
From both the lounge and the bunk bedroom, there is entry onto the back terrace area with one step up and over the patio doors, from the terrace there are 7 steps from the front of the terrace and 2 steps from the side of the terrace leading onto the lawned area. From the lawned area you can walk around the side of the house with one step leading up.
From the front of the house there are 3 steps up to the patio area and an additional 2 steps up to the lawned area.
