Sandbanks is a large, spacious apartment with a light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has plenty of room to relax and unwind whilst taking in the outstanding view, watching the tides come and go. You can socialise, watch TV or DVD's, listen to music, read a book or play some of the family games provided. If you still wish to be in touch with the outside world there is broadband Wi-Fi throughout the property.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 of which are king-sized doubles with en-suite shower rooms, one with zip-link beds that can be made up as twins or a superking at your request. All doubles have TV. With a large family bathroom, this makes Sandbanks an excellent base for both families or friends wanting to discover and enjoy the Padstow area. Children can be accommodated in the bunk room, and a travel cot is provided for infants.
Necessities are provided for with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The well stocked kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, a gas oven, electric hob, microwave and toaster. Meals can be taken on the large dining table, at the breakfast bar, or on the outside patio tables at the front and back of the property, There is also a barbeque on the patio facing the estuary.

ACCOMMODATION
At the front of the building are the two parking spaces available for Sandbanks (Numbers 3 & 4) and a shared patio area with table and chairs. To the side of the property is a lockable passageway perfect for housing bikes and outdoor sporting equipment.
The first entrance hall has plenty of room for all your shoes and boots to live after a busy day walking on the local trails and beaches or shopping in Padstow.
There is a large cupboard in the second hall where you can hang your coats and also find beach equipment, a travel cot, high chair, clothes horse and Henry the vacuum cleaner.
Turning right off the second hallway takes you into the sociable and spacious living area of the property.
Open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area:
You enter a large, light and airy room with amazing views across the estuary, with patio doors leading to an outside seating and garden area with a BBQ for your use for al fresco dining and enjoying the view.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, electric hob, extractor hood, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher as well as glassware, crockery and serving dishes. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 comfortable bar stools.
The dining table is extendable and can easily accommodate 8 people for family style dinners.
Plenty of comfortable seating for all is available in the lounge area with three sofas and an armchair, along with a library of books, DVDs and family games and puzzles.
The TV is equipped with Freeview and has a great picture. There is also a DVD player and a Hi-Fi system with a radio and CD player.
Turning left off the second hallway takes you into bedroom area of the property.
Constantine (Bedroom 1) with en-suite shower room:
Kingsize bed with wardrobe, drawers, two bedside tables with lamps, Freeview TV, hairdryer and full length mirror. This roomy en suite shower room has a heated towel rail, wc and basin. The bed in this room has a firm mattress which is ideal for any back pain sufferers. The view from this room is of the rear garden and the estuary.
Treyarnon (Bedroom 2) with en-suite shower room:
Kingsize Bed with wardrobe, two bedside tables and lights, chest of drawers, dressing table mirror, Freeview TV, iPod docking station and hairdryer. En-suite shower room with wash hand basin, wc and heated towel rail. There are views of the front garden from the large picture window.
Trevone (Bedroom 3):
3ft twin zip-link beds which can be made up as a superkingsize double (please request at time of booking). With Freeview TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with stool, mirror and hairdryer. The view from this bedroom is of the rear garden and estuary.
Harlyn (Bedroom 4):
2 Bunk beds each with light, wardrobe, chest of drawers and door out onto the patio. The view from this room is of the rear garden and the estuary.
Large family bathroom:
Heated towel rail, wc, sink and bath with shower screen and shower.
Utility cupboard: Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer
